1. Who can use Epitale
You must be 18 or older. By using Epitale you confirm that you are, and you agree to these terms, the content rules and the privacy policy.
2. AI-generated content
Stories, images and voices are generated by AI from what you write. They can be inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect, and are fiction. Similarities to real people or events are unintended. Do not rely on generated content as fact or advice.
3. Your content
You keep the rights you have in what you write. You give us a license to process, store and transform it to provide the service (including sending it to the providers listed in the privacy policy). If you publish an episode, you also allow other users to watch it and, where you enable it, play the story with their own character. You are responsible for what you write and must have the right to write it.
4. Content rules
You must follow the content rules. We may block messages, remove content, and suspend or delete accounts that break them, and we report content that appears to exploit children to the relevant authorities.
5. Tokens and purchases
Tokens unlock parts of episodes and other features. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are not refundable except where required by law or the app store's refund policy. Free episodes, ad rewards and token prices may change. If an unlock fails to render, the tokens are returned automatically.
6. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for loss of stories, episodes or tokens caused by service interruptions, to the extent the law allows.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Epitale is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
